I have both bought, and sold my home with Ils Townley. On both occasions, she was informative, accurate, supportive and achieved the best possible outcome! There is no other agent I would either buy or sell through after dealing with Ils. "Above and beyond" comes to mind when thinking of Ils.

ils and Ian from All Properties Group were fantastic to deal with. Throughout the purchase process of our new home they maintained the best interests of the seller whilst at the same time ensuring that we were well informed throughout the negotiation process. My wife and I dealt with a number of agents during the time we were searching for a property and found that by far ils and Ian were the most professional agents in the area. We highly recommend All Properties Group and would have no hesitation dealing with them again in the future.

When we first engaged with Derrick we knew he was the guy to sell our home. Right from the get go he understood our emotional journey that was before us and worked with us at our pace. He was very professional and informative. He really does knows his stuff. We found Derrick very comfortable and fun to liase with. We were so happy when he gave us the news that we got $14k above asking price and because of that Derrick was able to find our next dream home? We highly recommend Derrick to sell or buy your home with. Thank you Derrick, we could not of imaged this experience with anyone else.

The moment we first met Ils and Ian, it was apparent that we had found the right agent for the sale of our house. The way they handled the entire sale was highly professional from the very beginning. Communication was excellent we didn't have to wait for long to get replies to the texts or the emails that we sent frequently. Highly recommend Ils and Ian team to any prospective seller who is looking for a stress free sale! Dilan and Pria

Living in Drewvale for the past 8 years we saw who sold most of the properties and the prices gained. In most cases it was All properties Group and Chris Gilmore's cheesy grin on the sold sign. Sorry Chris ;) From the 1st contact to the sold sign going up we felt we were in the right hands. Yes, you will pay a premium for their services. Factor that in to the price you need to get to walk away with the money you want and you won't be disappointed. They'll work for their money. We hit the market and 1 week and 1 open home later we were signing a contract. Thoroughly recommend them. Cheers.
