I would like to give a big shoutout to my real estate agent, Jay, for his outstanding professionalism and exceptional communication skills. My case was quite unique, especially involving a security swap that most people are unfamiliar with. However, Jay handled everything with expertise and efficiency. He not only processed our purchase contract swiftly but also facilitated smooth communication that allowed us to move in earlier, saving us from a lot of moving hassles. On settlement day, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a housewarming gift, which made the experience even more special. A big thank you to Jay and his team for their excellent service and attention to detail!

Jay was very helpful with his knowledge in the area, I had a price in my mind what I wanted & he got me more than I thought. It went on the market midweek, open house on Saturday contract Signed on the Monday with 30 day settlement. Jay keep me updated though the whole process to the end . I would recommend Jay to anyone who wants to sell their home.

Derrick was helpful and working with him was easy as he listened to my needs and timeline, he offered sound advice and support when road bumps appeared during the sale of my house. The experience was made manageable due to his help and input.

Natalie is by the far one of the best agents we've encountered. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. She went above and beyond her role as our agent, checked on our vacant house, did our gardening so it's presentable and checked that any work done on the house was up to standard. Natalie is very proactive which is why we picked her over another local agent in the first place.
