Knows how to get things done!
Jay was instrumental in achieving the result we did of our Hillcrest property. Understood the local market and dynamic of the area, allowing him to set not only an optimistic sales guide, but one that was well above other agents. He used his knowledge, marketing and sales skill to achieve above the guide. Highly responsive, skilled negotiator and just knows how to get things done. Our preference was also for someone who was just a straight shooter - you get that with Jay.

Natalie is a fantastic agent
What makes Natalie difference from other agents, is that she listens. If you say wait until I get back to you, she does. Derrick was a great to work with at every stage of the purchasing process from the first inspection showing the property to keeping me updated from when I first signed the contract all the way up until settlement.
