If I had questions, Jay was responsive and got back to me when I needed answers. He attended the pre-settlement inspection and even helped me to work out to switch on the oven, as I couldn't work it out. The property was immaculate and clean too! Settlement went through with no issues and his colleague met me at the property to drop off a beautiful gift to say congratulations, which was a lovely touch.
