Derrick worked solely with us which we appreciated rather than dealing with a number of Agents in a team. His communication was clear and he listened to our questions and requests. Overall we are happy customers and satisfied with his work

Derrick was an amazing help throughout the entire buying process. He is very reliable and genuine. Would highly recommend whether you are buying or selling.

10/10 for Derrick on his work ethics, politeness, and treating people with utmost respect. His understanding of the market is top-notch, and he is always willing to share his views and hear others' perspectives as well. I say this because many other agents do not come across the same way; they rush you and often value their own time more than the other person's. I discussed many properties with him to evaluate deals, and he never once spoke negatively about other agents' reputations. That is huge

He had great communication and was really easy to work with. He had ours (the buyers) and the sellers best intentions at heart, and was able to make the buying process really simple and easy.

My agent Derrick was amazing in handling the sale of my QLD house. I live interstate which can often cause issues when buying and selling but Derrick took control and managed all parties for me. He also arranged electricians to assist (needed as part of our sale agreement) and ensured their work was completed on time. I would HIGHLY recommend his services and would use him again myself if, as and when required.

Having sold many homes in the past Nathan was by far the best agent I’ve worked with. Very much a professional with expert knowledge of the market and the sale and purchase process. Nathan’s communication style is open, transparent and succinct, cuts to the chase and tells a client what they need to know. Nathan guided me though the whole process and took the stress of selling and getting offers away. I would highly recommend Nathan as an agent and def use his services again. .

Sasa and his team were great throughout our selling campaign. We were able to achieve a price above our expectations before we were officially on market! I would highly recommend Sasa to anyone considering selling, our experience was phenomenal.
