Working with Derrick was an absolute pleasure. Very professional with exceptional knowledge on the current market. Derrick was very responsive returning calls and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Derrick valued my property at the top end of the market and still managed to sell my property well above the asking price. There my be cheaper options than Derrick but highly doubt you would find better value for your money. Even after the commission was paid I still got above asking price
