The sale of our property was effortless, exceeded all of our expectations due to Natalie’s expertise and experience in the real estate industry. Natalie was so easy to deal and communicate with, nothing was a bother for her. We think so highly of Natalie’s abilities as an agent that we have enlisted her skills to sell another property for us. Thanks so much Nat.

The experience was so positive and nothing like we had expected and that is purely due to your professional advice and the work that you put in to get the outcome for us. We simply could not thank you enough and we would never hesitate to recommend you and if when we do look to get back into the market OR sell our current residential home, you will be the person we will reach out to.

We are so delighted with Nathan’s professional and prompt service. We decided to go with Nathan because he was performing best in our local area. Nathan recommended professional support services to us like painter, carpet installer and we were not disappointed at all! A1 service all round and we got amazing price for our house!!! So happy!

We recently sold our land with Nathan who took over after 2 previous agents spent 12 or so months without a result. This was such a challenging time with the market price coming down significantly from what I was promised at the start but within a couple of weeks we were sold with Nathan & his team. Even though there were complications along the way with conditions and even at settlement we always felt we could talk to Nathan and get an answer when we needed. He was always happy to answer our questions , even when it came to us buying again. Can’t recommend Nathan enough!!

We can’t recommend Derrick highly enough! Derrick exceeded our expectations of a real estate agent’s role and was extremely professional whilst adding a personal approach. Derrick displayed excellent communication throughout the purchase process from the start and makes himself available for communication at all times, adding helpful advice and nothing was too much trouble. Derrick liaised between the owner and ourselves for the best mutual outcome to arrange quotes prior to settlement 5+ stars!
