Securing an Investment property in South Brisbane.
Living in NSW and finding the time to undertake the required needed steps to secure an investment we looked to Derrick for support , advice and guidance. We were able to draw on Derricks in depth market knowledge / customer service and experience to source a property within firstly our budget but also meeting all our requirements. This intern through constant communication with our property manager and solicitor has allowed us to have the home ready and in a condition to rent out once settled. We would recommend Derrick in the future and if possible use him again.
