Derrick helped us out not just with the sale of our property but with getting us out of a bad rental agency and in touch with the rental management team of his company. When we initially thought of selling Derrick was on of the first agents who responded to our online inquiry. From the get go he gave honest advice to hold off on selling until the market recovers. He stood out from the rest as this says a lot about his character. A year and a bit later we got back in touch to revisit the plan to sell and he took care of the rest from recommending a great conveyancer who assisted us in making the right decision in relation to the purchase of another property.
