Record price in record time
Nathan has been absolutely outstanding in every aspect. We purchased a block of land from Nathan earlier in the year and have just subsequently sold the same block of land through Nathan. We are ecstatic about the sale price that was achieved in a matter of days. It wasn't hard to tell we were in safe hands from our first interaction and would find it difficult to fault Nathan, his service or his detailed knowledge about the Northern end of the Gold Coast. Lets face it, no one enjoys paying commission, however, Nathan has earnt every cent and to be honest, I'm really happy to support such a great guy with my current and future real estate needs.

We met Derrick early on in our house hunt to find our first property we met A few more agents and tested the waters but Derrick was always an open book with us on our house hunt always willing to help us find the property we needed for our requirements he showed us a few houses which we liked as all property groups market really nice houses we knew we were in good hands derrick showed us a property gave us an opportunity and we are very grateful for what Derrick did for us helping us into our first home derrick always had the information we needed as being first home buyers we were in new territory but Derrick was willing to lend advice whenever he could was a pleasure dealing with Derrick and will do in the future again
