He made the process so simple, Derrick provided excellent referrals for us to ensure the continued excellent service until settlement. Natalie is what you want in a real estate agent. Direct, to-the-point but approachable and very friendly. She isn’t going to say something just because you want to hear it or set an unrealistic price. Natalie’s local knowledge is also what convinced us that she was the right agent for us - and we weren’t wrong. Working together we set a realistic goal as to what we wanted and Natalie was able to achieve that. She didn’t waste our time bringing people through that didn’t want to pay our property’s value.
