Derrick really knows his stuff we bought and sold out house through Derrick everything was made as smooth as possible way smoother than I could’ve ever imagined. When we bought we got a much nicer house than we thought we could afford, when we sold we got way over asking price. Derricks communication was also amazing I knew everything going on at all times and wasn’t anywhere near as confused as I thought I would be he really knows how to actually communicate like a normal person. I really hope I can buy my next house through Derrick soon.

Natalie is what you want in a real estate agent. Direct, to-the-point but approachable and very friendly. She isn’t going to say something just because you want to hear it or set an unrealistic price. Natalie’s local knowledge is also what convinced us that she was the right agent for us - and we weren’t wrong. Working together we set a realistic goal as to what we wanted and Natalie was able to achieve that. She didn’t waste our time bringing people through that didn’t want to pay our property’s value.
