Natalie made us feel comfortable whilst trying to buy a home from her sellers. It was easy to contact her and she was flexible around our work commitments. She also provided us promptly with documents that we requested from the sellers. We appreciated how comfortable Natalie made us through what could have been a stressful time when purchasing our home. We highly recommend Natalie.

Derrick helped us sell our house off market, which saved us money that we could spend on our new house. We sold for way over our asking price on the first day he showed it. Derrick was always available to talk and offer advice, not just about our sale but also about buying the new house. I highly reccomend Derrick when selling or purchasing a new house. His knowledge of the industry and the area are great and communication is excellent.

We chose Natalie to sell our home as we knew we could rely on her to sell our home for a price we were happy with in a short timeframe. During our engagement she was assertive and hard working, ambitious, likeable, and highly knowledgable of the Heathwood market. She was proactive and engaged from staging to settlement which helped make the sale go smoothly. We are very happy with the sale of our property through Natalie, and if we have another property to sell or buy in the area, we would happily engage Natalie again.
