Strong consultation, communication and passion. The promotion of our property ensured that it hit the right market for potential buyers. We had more prospective buyers through in three weeks than the prior three months which resulted in triple the offers and ultimately the sale in less than a third of the time. Ryan and Nathan’s knowledge of the local area, market conditions and nuances of our property ensured that our expectations regarding the sale was realistic. The effort put into the advertising and video that accompanied the listing grabbed attention from the start and was very innovative. It had more profile on a number of platforms reaching more potential buyers and their promotions break the mould (think humour and relatability). We had constant communication, timely feedback following viewings and viewings booked in regularly. I know that they worked tirelessly to get us the result and we cannot recommend them enough or thank them enough. We didn’t make the decision to change agents lightly but it was by far the best decision.
