Property was sold within days of listing with Annette. I was not in the area of the property which made it somewhat tricky with paperwork, signatures and things that needed doing at the property. Wealth of local knowledge, down to earth and professional
Annette was responsive and picked up quickly that we needed additional support to make the Big move to the country. Annette has great knowledge of the Gemfields , listened to our inquires and showed us the type of property we were interested in she did not waste our time on property outside our interest ,as i work in Brisbane time was important found her an honest, no bullshit person great to deal with would deterrently use her again.
