Great knowledge and looks after the buyer
Annette showed us around for hours on multiple occasions. She was upfront and honest. Questions regarding the unique situation around the gemfields with mining claims, leases and freehold, insurance entitlements were answered without trying to just sell the place. She really cared about us as a family and not just buyers. Annette was able to help us with finance and legals as she is part of an experienced realestate team.

Exceptional customer service!
We were up on holidays and wanted to look at property options that were available in the area. We were impressed with Annette’s customer service as she made herself available on Easter weekend to show us several properties. During the sale process Annette’s follow up was exceptional. We had issues with our removalists and Annette went the extra mile to help us with storage options.

Very Good and helpfull
Annette was very helpful in the sale of our property in sapphire . As the local agent she has a great knowledge of the local area was instumental in the sale of our property. Her professional attitude and conduct is outstanding going out of her way to help even showing people through on a Sunday . Her communication with us was outstanding . We would highly recommend her to any body looking to buy or sell their property in this area.

Jack and the team are very professional, with outstanding service and knowledge! Happy to answer any questions no matter how silly they might sound to you. The boys went above and beyond to insure the sale of my property went smoothly and efficiently, even a rouge snake didn't deter them ... Would highly recommend the team at Allwood Property Group!!

Easy and seamless
We have been working with Jack for about a year now, and his professionalism, knowledge, and tenacity is like no other. Inexperience and unprofessional
They will talk high to get you to sign the sales contract and then bullshit you around. Their advertising isn't to the required level. I will not use them ever.
