Rahul was professional, honest made selling our property simple, during a quiet time in the market
We had a great experience working with Rahul, Arjun and Zoe at Altair Property. From the start, communication was clear, timely and honest, which made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. They were always available to answer questions or talk through options. What really stood out was their ability to successfully sell our property during what is typically considered a quieter period in the market (Dec-Jan). They approached the campaign thoughtfully and adjusted the strategy where needed to make sure the property still attracted the right level of interest. Throughout the process they were realistic, transparent and backed their recommendations with market evidence and data. At no point did we feel pressured into making decisions. Instead, they took the time to explain the pros and cons so we could make informed choices. Overall, it was a very smooth and professional experience, and we’d absolutely work with them again in the future. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
