Transparency and delivery of what was promised.
We purchased the property through Altair Properties, and were working with Arjun who's just been fantastic throughout the process. Arjun was very transparent and patient throughout, and maintained communication while we, as buyers, were going through some complex hurdles navigating land purchase and building plans at the same time. Arjun was knowledgeable and assisted us in navigating the purchase process and was always responsive when we reached out for any questions or concerns.
