Really listens to a sellers needs
Monique was by far the best real estate agent for me.. Nothing was too much bother for her. What I really appreciated was the way she kept In constant contact with me letting me know everything that was going on. Monique listened very carefully to my concerns and always answered my questions. Monique made selling my house as stress free as possible. I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Upfront and honest
I found Graham honest both to myself and prospective buyers which was a breath of fresh air. Buyers were given all details about property whether positive or negative to his clients making communication very easy

The team at Dowling Real Estate have my vote!
Prior to this experience I was not the biggest fan of real estate agents (I had a bad experience as a young first home buyer). I listed my property with Monique and Roseanne from Dowling Real Estate Maitland after they very satisfactory managed a rental property for me. Their market knowledge of the area was spot on. Monique was an outstanding agent who regularly contacted me and advised me of potential interest, usually immediately after an inspection. She was honest and upfront, and did not tell me what I wanted to hear, just the truth. I was able to contact both Monique and Roseanne at all times and if they were busy they always returned my calls or emails very shortly afterwards. The sale of my property was finalised extremely smoothly with no issues or problems at all. I have already recommended Monique (and the team at Dowling Maitland) as an outstanding agent to my family and friends.
