Stress free sale
Brad went above and beyond our expectations in making our house sale as stress free as possible. He has a down to earth approach and was in regular communication, with the conversations showing that he is both proactive and empathetic - we never felt that we couldn’t call him about a “silly” question. It was clear to us that he genuinely cares about reaching a good outcome not only for the vendor but also the buyer.

Jeff was highly competent, trustworthy and authentic agent.
Jeff presented a marketing plan and strategy that made sense according to market history and present conditions. Throughout, he was personable, engaging, genuine and trustworthy. He was able to achieve a sale price well above the appraisal values giving me a very satisfactory sale price and in remarkably quick time. We had an open house on Saturday and sold on Wednesday; with a higher than anticipated result. I engaged Jeff as an agent because of his authentic and personal nature together with his professionalism. I was absolutely delighted with the result and the process-thanks Jeff. We hope the new owner enjoys our home as much as we have enjoyed living here.

Highly recommend selling with Brigitte
Brigitte is very approachable and her market knowledge is great. So many agents tell you what you want to hear but I found her to really 'tell it how it is'. I was very happy with the level of communication. Would never consider selling with anyone but Brigitte in the future.

Professional agent, very humanistic in his approach
Jeff and his team included us in all the steps leading from start of marketing to conclusion of sale. We dealt with only a couple of key people, including Jeff being the primary point of contact, removing the need to repeat ourselves to numerous sales consultants.

Jeff had good ideas for presentation and a sound sales strategy.
Jeff had very helpful ideas on how to arrange the furniture and to present the villa in general ( inside and out) for the sale. I liked the way he organized the open house times, so that all interested viewers attended together for a short time as a way of increasing awareness of the competition. I also liked that he worked with one of his colleagues so that there were two of them available to talk to buyers at each open house. He or his colleague communicated with me regularly about the progress of the sale.

Brigitte knows her stuff!!
When it came to selling our house in Cardiff South there was only one agent I considered, Brigitte Audet. She knows the area well, she walked us through every step of the process and unlike previous agents we'd dealt with she delivered what she said she would. We took all her advice, and followed her process which clearly works, because at our first open day we had 82 groups of people through our house and within a few days we had 20 offers achieving a result $50k over the top of asking! She made what has been in the past a very stressful process, pain-free and I would, and already have, recommend Brigitte to anyone thinking about selling in the area!
