Stress free sale

Brad went above and beyond our expectations in making our house sale as stress free as possible. He has a down to earth approach and was in regular communication, with the conversations showing that he is both proactive and empathetic - we never felt that we couldn’t call him about a “silly” question. It was clear to us that he genuinely cares about reaching a good outcome not only for the vendor but also the buyer.

Jeff was highly competent, trustworthy and authentic agent.

Jeff presented a marketing plan and strategy that made sense according to market history and present conditions. Throughout, he was personable, engaging, genuine and trustworthy. He was able to achieve a sale price well above the appraisal values giving me a very satisfactory sale price and in remarkably quick time. We had an open house on Saturday and sold on Wednesday; with a higher than anticipated result. I engaged Jeff as an agent because of his authentic and personal nature together with his professionalism. I was absolutely delighted with the result and the process-thanks Jeff. We hope the new owner enjoys our home as much as we have enjoyed living here.

Highly recommend selling with Brigitte

Brigitte is very approachable and her market knowledge is great. So many agents tell you what you want to hear but I found her to really 'tell it how it is'. I was very happy with the level of communication. Would never consider selling with anyone but Brigitte in the future.
