After working as a dental assistant for 30 years, Anessa decided to make the change to real estate and she could not be happier. Growing up in Chester Hill, Anessa has a wealth of knowledge of the local community. Honesty and loyalty are at the forefront of everything Anessa does which helps her connect with her clients. When she isn’t at work Anessa loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, watching her favorite tv shows or reading.

Farah, who is part of the Property Management team, is a motivated individual with excellent customer service focus. She utilizes her ability to speak three languages for her driving passion of serving and creating a strong relationship with the community. Farah has completed a Bachelor of Management Degree allowing her to bring her past experiences with various communities and industries into the Real Estate industry. Aside from work, Farah is involved with the church community as well as dedicated in helping the local community in her area. She also likes spending time with her family and friends.

About Matthew

Matthew joined the Property Management department in 2013. In his role as a Property Manager he looks after everything a landlord needs to stay on top of their investment - from leasing, routine inspections, maintenance and everything in between. Customer service is paramount to everything Matthew does, he is passionate about developing long term relationships with his clients. He was born and raised and still resides in the local area, attending local schools, which is knowledge he brings to help his landlord’s best look after their investments. In between Property Management, Matthew splits his time between supporting his beloved Parramatta Eels and being outdoors. He loves camping, fishing and barbequing and can be regularly be found doing a combination of any of the three.

Her extensive customer service skills give her the ability to build a strong rapport with landlords and tenants, which helps her achieve the highest level of customer experience for them on their real estate journey. As a local resident, Michelle has a thorough knowledge of the area. This connection with the community gives her the ability to connect with clients and assist them in all aspects of the leasing process, from recommending local schools to seeking out the best restaurants. A proud mother of two, Michelle spends her downtime with her family. She loves cooking and watching sport, including cricket, rugby league, soccer and AFL.
