Lack of communication and sometimes I got an experience where the agent miscommunication in writing and then keep emphasising on phone that she is right. Agent clearly mentioned that she is sending the cleaning invoice to tenant and then end up deducting it from the bond. Agents backs up their tradesman who are incompet and dishonest

My first positive experience was with Matthew who did the lease signing and explained everything, there was changes that needed to be made and he was very accommodating and genuinely so pleasant to deal with. I then got a Property Manager Ashleigh assigned to me . My first experience with her was shocking in terms of how great the level of service I received was. She came to my place after hours to ensure I had a service that wasn’t legally essential but was important to me. I have watched her grow in her role over the last year and a half and she has still maintained the same exemplary level of customer service all with a smile. Having experienced agents in the Real Estate industry it’s unrealistic to offer the level of customer service and time to your customers without getting burned out. I’m sure her ability to continue this must be due to the culture at Ray White that values, encourages and recognises excellent customer service. I am confident in this assumption having interacted with her Manager Matthew who embodied the same level of customer service.
