Ms. Morris follows up issues and informs her tenant in regards to the issue. My issue happened to occur at a busy time. However, she was able to resolve the issue within 48hrs. She is easy to talk with. And talks straight. If she worked for me I would ensure that I keep her on my team.

I have received great customer service from my current PM Ashleigh. She has tended to all enquires in an excellent and efficient manner. Ashleigh is a such a pleasure to deal with and truly goes above and beyond. I also had a good experience signing my contract with the Team Leader Matthew as well. He was very understanding in changing any requests I had.
