When I was looking for agents to sell my property, I had different agents offering me different marketing fees and commission. Choosing Ray White and choosing Graeme Rudder as our sale agent was the best decision we have ever made. His customer service was exceeded our expectations. He has great communication skills with myself and my partner where every Saturday after an inspection, he would send us an update on how many buyers inspected my property and what they thought about it. He also sends us reports by emails which contains graphs and data of the inspection times, buyers who contacted him and their thoughts about our property. Not to forget that He is very well organised and professional with his work. Time management was a vital part of selling our property. He managed his time efficiently and made sure that we were comfortable with him scheduling inspections for buyers.
