In 2009 we purchased our property from Graeme, and 2021 we chose to engage him to sell the property for us. Graeme stayed in touch with us, and showed a keen interest in the property whenever we spoke over that 12 year period. When I interviewed agents to engage in the sale of our first home, he was able to clearly demonstrate he had done his research, and had evidence to back up his claims that he would be able to get us the best possible price for our property. Graeme went above and beyond to help us achieve the best possible price, he engaged tradesmen to sand and polish our floors, paint our interiors and exteriors and repair tiling issues around the place. His advice on how to prepare and present the property was always wise, and well informed. We managed to complete the works in a short turn around, vacate the property and optimise its presentation all within an extremely short time frame at the busiest point in the year in order to capitalise on the highest market increases in Sydney since 1989. This even included writing a reference that helped us secure a rental in order to vacate the property. Graeme's communication skill is 10/10, a critical skill for our situation. I was happy that a constant stream of prospective buyers was being consistently shown through the property during its sale period. Being in a unique position to be able to comment on my experience with him as both a buyer and a vendor, I can say with out qualification that he is a master salesman. Probably the greatest praise that I can give as a vendor, is that in all my interactions with him, I always felt like he was being genuine, and sincerely wanted the best for us, and is still even supporting us in the search for our next home.
