I would like to thank Graeme Rudder, John Duong and the whole team for your time and effort in helping us to sell our townhouse. It was your excellent reputation that made us choose you as our Agent, and you did not disappoint in any way. You provided the most professional service, your hard work into the sale of my home. We appreciated the fact that you made a big effort to secure an excellent deal on our behalf. Thank you so much.

I knew Graeme was the right agent for our property even before we considered selling. He is a great communicator, and kept us up to date throughout the entire campaign.

Beyond happy with the result we achieved at auction. Patrick’s professionalism throughout the campaign was very noticeable. The extra steps that he and his team took at the auction helped obtain the best price. I can’t recommend enough!

When I was looking for agents to sell my property, I had different agents offering me different marketing fees and commission. Choosing Ray White and choosing Graeme Rudder as our sale agent was the best decision we have ever made. His customer service was exceeded our expectations. He has great communication skills with myself and my partner where every Saturday after an inspection, he would send us an update on how many buyers inspected my property and what they thought about it. He also sends us reports by emails which contains graphs and data of the inspection times, buyers who contacted him and their thoughts about our property. Not to forget that He is very well organised and professional with his work. Time management was a vital part of selling our property. He managed his time efficiently and made sure that we were comfortable with him scheduling inspections for buyers. I really appreciate him bringing us buyers during his holidays (Christmas and end of the year holidays) to make sure that we get the highest offers possible. I have heard him discussing and convincing with buyers to sell my property. I highly recommend him because he is definitely the best agent to go for when you want to sell your property. Also not to forget his assistant Chicky who truly was amazing in dealing with. She was professional with her job and had an excellent customer service as well. Wishing you all the best in your career Graeme and Chicky. We will definitely do more business with you soon.

A great agent, who got a price no other agent could get. Every time I would sit down with Jordon, he was patient and always understanding. His knowledge of the market is unreal. Ever since I first met him when he knocked on my door, I knew he was the best agent out there. A great young man, with a bright future. Thank you Jordon

Joshua was patient and knowledgeable, and shared his knowledge freely, without pressuring us to sell. I talked to him 3-4 times over 2 years before we were finally ready to sell, and he always made time to sit down and discuss the market, our expectations and the logistics of selling. He got a great price for us, and we were very happy with the way everything was handled.

Joshua was considerate, understanding and extremely helpful during the sale of our property, he targeted the market really well and his local knowledge was outstanding. No task was too difficult and he definitely went above and beyond on a number of occasions. I can't recommend him high enough.

Excellent and he was so professional I will deal with him again/ For the sale of this house I was offered a lower percentage from John Grant, but I instead appoint Graeme to sell my Property. Tony and Chicky was also a pleasure to deal with during the sale. I will buy another property in the near future and I will come back to Graeme when time is right. I have a few investment properties and hope to sell a few in the next couple of years and again I will come to Graeme Rudder the Master and gentleman.
