Craig takes the time that others in my experience basically don't. He's attentive, informative, does what he says he will do and he is open with communication and all of this builds trust. It was a great experience purchasing via Craig and highly recommend him

Craig is a professional and caring agent. Craig advised me and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Craig was honest with what was achievable and was very supportive. Craig went out of his way to achieve the result I wanted. He was always available when I called. I highly recommend Craig Stephenson to anyone looking to sell a property.

Craig did a great job. First he identified our needs and not only suggested a place that met our requirements but he also arranged, at short notice, an inspection that ultimately led to our purchase. Thank you, Craig.

From Day One Craig has been respectful, professional and very knowledgeable about the selling process and the market he operates within. Craig came to my rescue following a tragedy leaving me overwhelmed about getting my house ready to sell. Throughout the process he was outstanding, always exceeding my expectations and being reliable, organised, calm and kept me fully informed every step of the way. I appreciated Craig's honesty and being able to "tell it how it is" without embellishment and false information. Without a doubt I would recommend Craig to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent who is prepared to go the extra mile and knows what the whole process is from listing to finally culminating in a successful sale . Huge thank you Craig for the sale of my house and your commitment to getting the job done. I give you Five Stars on any day of the year and believe you are an asset to your employer. Sincerely grateful Carolyn

Craig was great to work with, even though this wasn’t his listing. He took time to showcase our home and made us feel special as well. Thank you Craig.

It is a smooth experience with Craig as a first home buyer. We requested heaps of inspections during purchasing process and Craig was always there to support. Thanks and hopefully we can deal with each other in the future!

We had a really positive experience with Graeme. As first home buyers we had a lot of questions about the property we were interested in and Graeme spent an extra half an hour after the house inspection time to answer all our questions. We genuinely felt he valued giving us honest information about the property and went the extra mile to find out if strata would accept my pet before auction.
Graeme Rudder
Professional and humble approach to realestate, vastly different from the attitudes of other agents when purchasing a property in a competitive market. Graeme offered help and advice beyond the scope of an agent.

So far it’s been good, but have not yet finalised paper work for the house.
Graeme Rudder
Very easy to deal with, pleasant approach, hassle free purchase. Highly recommended!!

Graeme will help you by explaining a lot about the property you buying, he will advice you about the market price and what you will be looking at in the near future.

Graeme is very helpful very straight forward and direct, he went out of his way to try and encourage buyers to come and look at my place and managed to convince one person to buy it I thank him very much
