Joshua was fantastic throughout the whole campaign, constantly calling me to let me know how he was going with buyers and always keeping me up to date. Joshua constantly puts in 100% effort to achieve the price we wanted and to sell the house on the day. After selling one duplex at the auction he then sold the other side for me in the same week. We immediately found Patrick to be trustworthy - he did what he said on time. Patrick patiently explained to us his auction process which bought some real science to the whole activity. He communicated well throughout the process with weekly reports and analytics to help us gauge the success and progress. He was genuine and I felt he was in our court and 100% looking after our interests. He worked really hard to get a positive result for us.
