I met Patrick during the time I looked for a house to buy
His market knowledge about the market is very good, his passion/ commitment and especially his communication is one of the best. he always response to my calls and emails quickly with vey polite and very professional. I believe he would have a very bight future and a great asset to represent Ray White company. I will recommend Patrick to all my friends if they want to buy or sell their house.

Straightforward & efficient.
Property sold within 3 days and achieved a price that I expected. I suppose that given the property sold so quickly,one can imagine that it was undersold.But I am more than happy with the outcome & am sure that it sold quickly due to Craig's tenacity & expertise with filtering out the tyre kickers & concentrating on the genuine buyers.Great interaction between the sales & property management team.
