We were trying to sell our unit for months with another agent, without being able to get a decent offer come in. Then, we did research on all agents selling units in the Bankstown area, and found Graeme Rudder. He had impressive numbers, with a much shorter time needed for advertising to get a sale. Graeme was prompt to answer and return calls consistently, and we liked how he set our expectations with price through his market knowledge of recent sales & listings. He also displayed good understanding of what individual buyers in the local market were after as he uncovered their needs, and try to match them up with my unit. Graeme gave us quality advise to do some minor work on the unit before we had the photos and a floor plan done. This resulted in an offer that was about $20k more than what our last agent thought he could get us. I certainly would not hesitate to hire Graeme again. I highly recommend him!

Graeme was absolutely amazing can’t speak highly enough of his service. He kept us updated all the way along was extremely friendly and made the process so easy for us. Graeme went above and beyond organising Gardner’s and cleaners for us and taking away so much stress as this was my Nan’s house and we were still grieving.
