We recently sold our parent's property through Ray White Bankstown. This came about by Joshua Nassif knocking on the door and my father agreeing to the sale. Josh has been fantastic throughout the process keeping me informed all the way to the auction day. Although my parents had an unrealistic expectation of the sale price, I think the price they got was above market price considering the condition of their house.
