Graeme's assistance in selling the house was quite valuable. He has a detailed knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. On balance, Graeme is quite personable although his social graces could improve because he rarely addresses clients by their name. In preparing for the sale, Graeme's advice was mixed in quality. Initially, he recommended an auction which was good advice. But with a week to go, he recommended a pre-auction sale for $740,000. My brother and I insisted on the auction. The house sold for $801,000.
