I was very happy with Graeme Rudd and his team at ray white Bankstown. I found Greame and his team to be polite, professional, patient, caring, thoughtful and answered every call and message left. Nothing was to much trouble Graeme was very helpful through the whole process. The only disappointment for me was that this unique little village wasn't recognised in the beginning for what it is around here and I really needed the extra $15,000 that Ifeel I lost because of the initial confusion selling here, having to borrow that amount at my age has left me in a tight week to week lifestyle but hindsight is what it is I guess. But I'm happy to have been able to recommend Graeme to two other people who were going to sell through the park and I suggested they didn't and use Graeme he knows the and understands the concept of selling here now and it costs nothing to buy into here.
