In late 2014 I contacted Ray White for an appraisal and met Graeme Rudder who spent over an hour explaining the market at that time. He was credible and confirmed my own research. I did not proceed then, but Graeme kept in touch, keeping me up to date. Eventually when I decided to sell in December 2015, Graeme was quick to act and advised not to auction but put a realistic selling price. A new kitchen and new floating timber floor made the unit attractive and I received an offer above the asking price during the first open house.
