Thank you for all your help with the selling of my parents house. Everything you did from looking after the rent to the step by step assistants when we decided to sell the property watch top notch. All advertising for the property was professionally and realistically done and on the finally day the auction was a great success. Thank you Tony & Joe Tannous.

We found Graeme pleasant to deal with and he kept in touch with us throughout the process. It was also of great assistance in that Graeme was happy to visit us at home to sign documents after hours to minimize any disruption to our daily routine.

Great service, easy deal, and an agent with a great knowledge about the market. Also, we I was amazed at his services about coming home to get the papers signed when I couldn't go to the office myself. Keep up the great job!

Graeme was great, he did everything he could to get the best possible sale price for my property. He was very firm on the asking price I wanted and communicated well with me. Although I did not get the actual asking price, he did explain the reason behind why selling my property was a little difficult mostly due to the banks restrictions and the value of today's market has changed. He updated me on the weekly sales report and was very professional and committed to his job. I highly recommend Graeme for anyone who is looking to sell their property.

He walked us through the process, gave us positive, realistic expectations and delivered on them. Anthony and his team utilised their experience and contacts to not only meet our expectations, but exceed them on every level. Anthony is very thorough and his negotiation skills has resulted in optimal results. I have tried Anthony after trialling another agent/company, Anthony's results far exceeded the performance of the other agent/company. He always keeps you informed on his progress and open house feedback. I would definitely recommend Anthony. Mansoor

When the need arose to sell our family home, we chose a number of local real estate agents and invited them to come and talk to us and tell us how they would go about conducting the sale. One of them was Graeme Rudder from Ray White @ Bankstown. I found Graeme to be a great talker, backing up everything he said with clear and easy to understand data, explaining aspects of the selling process until we understood. We listened to the others and in the end we chose Graeme to be our agent. During the sale campaign I found Graeme to be honest with great knowledge of the local area which is what I wanted in a real estate agent. He was always available when we needed to talk to him and he was in regular contact updating us on the progress. On the day of the auction Graeme was there with all his sale team reassuring us. We got what we wanted and a little more. It is always an emotional time when selling your family home, I'm glad we chose Graeme.
