Once I made the decision to sell my property I found Jake of Ray White Belconnen to be very organised, helpful and knowledgable about the process of selling a property. Jake and his team were very competent in bringing all the aspects together - the contract, the inspections, the photography, the advertising, the legal recommendations, the open house inspections and the buyer negotiations. The result was 19 groups through on the 1st open house, 14 groups on the 2nd open house the day after and an agreed offer higher than I thought by the Monday after the 1st weekend!!! And Settlement within 30 days!!! That is how you sell a home! No mucking around.
