We found Jake to be pleasant and straightforward to deal with. He had a good knowledge of processes and was not uncomfortable to admit he was unsure of anything. This we found a really refreshing approach from a Real Estate Agent. He returned all calls when he was contacted. If he said he would call to confirm anything with us he did just that.
