During the election campaign Phyllis and her support staff ensured comprehensive and timely vendor updates. Phyllis worked hard outside scheduled open homes providing many extra opportunities for potential buyers to inspect our home and proved very willing to secure answers to the varied questions of prospective buyers. Phyllis and her office worked collaboratively with our selected interior decorator and cleaners to ensure an efficient and timely start to the marketing campaign. Advice and responses we sought were professional, answered fully and in a timely manner and I believe were in our best interests. The process to exchange was very smooth with Mark assisting the buyer with his expert knowledge and advise about their purchase as an investment property.
