Andrew went over and above what any real estate agent should have to do to help me sell my home at a time when I was in great distress. I am located in WA so everything was done over the phone and knowing that Andrew and his team were there for me was a great source of comfort for me. About 10 years ago someone I trust recommended Andrew to me and I made sure I remembered that when the time came. I was certainly not disappointed and in fact I was delighted! Being a first home buyer it was really important for me to know I was dealing with a trusted agent who understood my circumstances and didn't push me beyond my comfort zone. Right from the start Phyllis was really accommodating with my requests to view the property multiple times (to allow my family to visit from interstate), answer any questions or concerns I had, and accommodate my needs to extend the settlement period so that I could have a stress free settlement process. I felt very comfortable being up front about my budget with Phyllis and I appreciated that she didn't pressure me into stretching this prior to auction day or on the auction day itself (contrary to the experiences I had with other agents). Phyllis has excellent knowledge of the Cook market. Post exchange Phyllis went out of her way in regards to her service. On the day of settlement she arranged to met us out the house to give us the keys as we had just returned from holidays. I would highly recommend her.

I was most grateful to have Mark’s support in selling my house at a time of slowing markets. I liked the way he went about appraising my house initially comparing strengths and weaknesses with similar properties. The marketing campaign built interest through regular mid week and weekend open house inspections and even though there were no bidders at auction, the house sold within 10 days and Mark played a crucial role in working to achieve an acceptable price from a couple of bidders. Throughout the whole process he kept me appraised of progress with regular and timely feedback which helped me get a feel for the current state of the market for my property and thus what might be achievable within a realistic time frame. He was a pleasure to work with and a very nice and trust worthy person. I always felt I had his full attention even though he was engaged in selling other properties. He was also ably supported by Ali Sutton, his new assistant, whom he kept in the loop so that there was always some one to answer queries at once!

We were selling a house in a declining market ... week by week, as we approached the auction, we saw prices falling and properties not reaching their reserve price. Andy was worried but not daunted. Every house has niggling problems and niggling problems need trades people.. but where do you get trades people ? No Problem, Andy knows the tradespeople who return his phone calls and get the job done when there is dead line. Auction Day is scary. Only one registered bidder... for Andy that is enough.. he worked the price up so EVERY ONE was Happy. Hurray for Andy
