We contacted Andrew after he sold a home near us, we were impressed with the inspection attendances and later the sale price of the property. When we met Andrew he was friendly, polite and professional in his approach. We agreed to a marketing strategy and auction ( which I was reluctant to agree to ) however, were very impressed with the response at the open homes conducted and his handling of the prospective buyers, always keeping us updated as to the progress. Later at the auction we had an impressive attendance and finally a sale price we were very happy with. Maria and I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team.
