I highly recommend Treston as an agent - he is excellent to deal with in every respect. He provided sound advice on sale options and how best to market my property and this was reflected in a sale price that exceeded my expectations, and of course I am delighted with the result! Treston kept me regularly updated throughout the sales campaign by phone and with weekly summaries and feedback. The campaign ran smoothly and I appreciated Treston's flexibility in adding extra inspection dates when he felt there was a need. He also does what he says he will do. Treston also recommended individuals and companies to assist with minor maintenance jobs as I was getting the property ready for sale, and like him and his team, all were efficient, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Treston is by far the most efficient and most capable real estate agent I have met. During 30+ years of my life in Australia me and my wife have bought and sold a numerouse properties in Melbourne and Canberra and experienced multiple sales agents. Treston is the best among all. Shortly before dealing with Treston I had tried to sell the same property through another agency. A number of times after spending so much effort in preaparing the house for inspection, the feedback was that “no one attended” Their performance was way below that of Ray White which was managed and executed by Treston. That previous experience was so disappointing and waste of time, effort and money. When Treston stepped in, confidence came back. At first inspection we had a good number of people through with few showing real interest and second inspection put the house Under Offer. After that Treston competently liaised with both sides to complete the deal at a reasonably fair price that every one was happy. I remember, due to my previous biter experience as already mentioned, I was asking for less but Treston did exceptionally well in bringing the price up to the reasonable level. I really appreciate that and like to say again many thanks for a job perfectly done.

Treston clearly has an excellent knowledge and years of experience with real estate. I undertsood that more after signing up and noticing how many properties Treston had in Weetangera. Treston kept me informed of people viewing the property. My personal circumstances were difficult and limiting when it came to marketing- Treston was very supportive and understood my concerns- that in itself I will always be grateful for - I wanted to have a real estate agent that had good genuine interpersonal skills , with experience and that I found with Treston Due to the sale of the property my elderly parent was able access an aged care facility

Lied to me a number of times. I made an offer before auction and she laughed at my offer and did not pass it onto seller. However, in the end I got the property cheaper than my original offer. Phyllis's auction was appalling, only I turned up. I made an offer, she then yelled in my face in front of a bunch of witnesses for me to increase my price. As a buyer every time I saw her she seemed like she was in a panicking state, I felt sorry for her. But knew that if I stayed strong I could get a great buy, which I did. However, I stopped feeling sorry for her until I found out she lied about the story of her sellers and the abuse I received from after I purchased the property. In the end I believe I picked up a great house for the price but if I was the seller I would have been disgusted with Phyllis's efforts, she's very judgemental. Sellers and buyers be careful!

It was a mad dash to arrive at the property in time but Mark assured us that it would be okay. And it was. I am in the process of buying said property. Mark was extremely friendly and more importantly was very approachable and well informed with regard to the property. He made myself and my brother very welcome and was a source of calm in a very hectic day.
