Leading up to the auction Treston was open and honest and ensured all questions we had about the property were answered accurately. After the auction there was some issues with the vendor and Treston handled those issues immaculately. All got sorted and we were able to move into our new home without any problems. Andrew was fantastic. At every stage of the process he was supportive and provided great advice and encouragement. In the early stages he gave me a realistic appraisal and outlined the steps we needed to take clearly. As I began preparing for sale Andrew helped me connect with highly professional trades people who provided their services at very competitive rates, if at any stage things needed to be hurried along Andrew rang people directly to ensure deadlines were met. He was also a good sounding board and his experience and understanding of the market and the psychology of buying and selling meant he could give me sound feedback and also be encouraging as I went through the stages of preparation to sell. I both trusted Andrew and had confidence in his judgements which really helped. In the lead up to the auction Andrew gave me regular reports and updates and also communicated very clearly to me on how the auction would run.
