I first met Phyllis several years ago at an open inspection. We got talking and she gave me an appraisal on my apartment. While I didn't sell at that time, I always remembered her commitment to service and she continued to touch base every year or so, so that when I finally decided to sell she was the logical person to try out as an agent.
