About 12 months ago we met with Mark Johnstone to discuss a 20 hectare subdivision on our property that we were hoping to get approval for. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market and was able to provide some very good advice to us on what part of our farm to look to subdivide. Mark was also able to put us in touch with other people who could assist us in the planning and approval process. We contacted Mark once approval was obtained and asked him to list the planned subdivision for us. We have been extremely happy with all of our dealings with Mark over the past 12 months. Mark has shown true professionalism and has been most helpful in all parts of the process from our early planning, right through to signing up with Ray White, and then taking us through the marketing stage and finally the auction day.
