Phyllis Tidmarsh, with her professional, informative manner and her caring approach to all of the people involved, helped us prepare for the sale of 10 Clavert Place, Florey, which was sold on the 2nd of September, 2017. Throughout a short period of time she was able to give us all a sense of what the steps would be in the lead up to the sale, and help us along the way to present the home well to maximize its sale value. Phyllis no doubt did a lot of work liasing with various people to enable the sale to proceed legally, and made the experience a positive and seamless one for all of us. She has an excellent eye for detail in terms of presentation and effect, and helped us enormously with this. Phyllis communicated regularly with all of us on the progress of the open house inspections so that we felt very much in the loop. She gave of her time generously and we are grateful for her energy and dedication to us as clients. I will be in contact again with Phyllis when it comes time to sell a townhouse in Bruce.
