Andy and Philly work as a great team. If I had any questions, I would email Andy, and Philly would get back to me immediately. They were extremely professional and made the whole process extremely positive. I spoke to the buyers and they found Andy to be attentive but not pushy and were grateful for this. I found that when it came to Auction time, Andy was extremely professional, communicated all the facts and was an extremely good negotiator. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended Andrew by our financial advisor. The process was a bit disjointed at first as Christmas and the holidays were in the middle of the preparation for the marketing. There was also some delays with my tenant vacating the property however once the campaign commenced it all went smoothly. The presentation of the home was great and the styling surpassed all of my expectations and definitely added to the end result. The house was only on the market for 4 days before being sold and contracts exchanged on the fifth day. The selling price also exceeded my expectations and Andrew did a great job of negotiating the final result. He is very professional in his approach and always available to answer any concerns I had. We were very pleased with the standard and thoroughness of the service provided by Nathan. He knows the market well and worked very hard on our behalf in the lead up to the auction. He provided us with regular feedback about buyer interest and was always available if we wanted advice and was very responsive to our requests. On auction day, he and the rest of the Ray White team were excellent and secured for us a very satisfactory price. After the auction, Nathan continued to provide a high level of service to us, liaising with the new owners and advising us on next steps. Even after the new owners moved in, Nathan helped out when there was an unexpected problem that upset the new owners. He handled a difficult situation very professionally.
