Andrew Lonsdale impressed me from our first meeting. He was professional, but friendly and warm, very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable about selling my home. Andrew had answers to all my questions, and was very helpful in other ways, even to the extent of providing names of tradesman that he trusted to do good work for a few tasks that were needed to prepare the house for sale. In my experience, good tradesmen are hard to find at all, much less on short notice, so this was a bonus. Everything about the sale was choreographed beautifully by Andrew and his associate Philly, with a minimum of fuss and very little effort on my part. This was very important for me as I needed to be out of the country for work during much of the process. This was only possible because I was confident that everything was in good hands with Andrew and his team. Even the auction was held while I was in another country. Together, Andrew and the auctioneer prepared me for the event, and I am very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Andrew, and I feel like I made a new friend during the process!

He goes all out to do the best he can for you,checking with you along every step of the way and never acting without consulting with you first.When he advises he explains why in language that is clearly understood His knowledge of the workings of the property market is admirable and was certainly an eye-opener for me. The added bonus is his personality; always cheerful,trustworthy and dependable.Nothing is too much trouble to him and the speed of his execution of tasks leaves no time for anxious waiting. He is backed up by a competent and dedicated staff ready for action too. The evidence is there. My home went on the market on the Monday and was sold on Friday at a price much higher than a market appraisal Can I be blamed for feeling that Treston had sealed the deal especially for me?
