I've worked with Andrew in selling four properties over the last several years (three of which belonged to my now-deceased Mother) and buying the house I live in now. Always totally professional, he also has always gone the extra mile, not just in buying/selling my property but following up with help and advice when needed. From these interactions over the years, I now regard Andrew as a friend -- I would not deal with anyone else. I'm not sure if this disqualifies this review (re the disclaimer below) but the fact is that my current regard for him has come from his previous professional work for me.

We came from a history of disappointment and lack of trust of real estate agents but we would highly recommend Mark.Mark had all the skills to do the job to perfection.He was reliable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.Mark communicated well with us throughout the process, and though the rural market for our house was less than we'd hoped, Mark worked very hard and got what we believe was the best price. We were so impressed with Mark that we asked him to sell another property in Canberra. We received the same level of commitment and a price beyond our expectations partially due to Mark's connections with excellent 'makeover' staff who really presented the property beautifully We were also impressed with the beautiful photos of both properties..

Andrew was fantastic to work with, it was really set and forget listing with him and the team at Ray White Belconnen. I had an offer much over ask on the first open house due to Andrews extensive network. He kept in contact via phone and email through the whole process and I never had a worry about missing a document etc as usually it had already been emailed to me and was waiting in my inbox. Overall a very happy experience selling my home.
