I was able to secure the home that I wanted. Treston and his team were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions professionally. It was my first time buying a home at auction and I was very nervous and didn't want to make a mistake and miss out on the home. It was the first house to be auctioned which made me even more nervous. Treston and the whole Ray White team on the day explained the processes with a calming effect which made the whole experience, while still stressful, one that I walked away from feeling very happy. Treston answered my questions and supported me throughout the whole auction & buying process. I was able to buy the home for a price I was comfortable with and am now planning to get on with the next stage of my life. Thank you. Cam

As a solicitor who has had carriage of property transactions in the ACT and NSW for many years, I had high expectations, and I’m pleased to say they were exceeded. From the outset, Treston’s professionalism and attention to detail stood out. Treston was well versed on market trends and recent sales in the area. Treston regularly updated me with telephone calls, emails and texts which contained weekly reports that included meaningful statistics and buyer feedback. This gave me confidence at every stage. The property sold quickly and at a great price, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout the process. It was refreshing to be on the client side and feel so well-supported. There’s no doubt Treston and his team played a significant role in making this such a smooth and positive experience. I would highly recommend Treston to anyone looking for a seamless, well-managed sale.

We found Phyllis to be the consummate professional. She is dedicated, attentive and conscientious. While initially feeling overwhelmed about putting our home on the market, Phyllis patiently and articulately explained the process - her manner is reassuring and respectful. Phyllis’s in depth knowledge of, and experience in, the real estate industry contributed enormously to a great result to the sale of our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Phyllis for her extensive expertise, commitment and integrity.

We recently sold our property through Phyllis and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. We have sold property before and Phyllis is the best. We bought this property via Phyllis in 2014. Dealing with Phyllis as a seller and a buyer is seamless. Her communication is always timely and she works hard for every sale to represent the buyer and is also great at engaging the buyer. Would highly recommend Phyllis.

From the outset of the engagement, Leonie developed a comprehensive market analysis and sales strategy that achieved a sale price significantly above our expectations. It was clear in our dealings with her that she has significant experience with the selling process evident by her extensive buyer network and her ability to build trust with both us and the prospective buyers. She took great care to build rapport, meticulously understand each of the buyer’s profiles and skillfully marketed our property to their requirements. Leonie is highly responsive and professional in her communications keeping us regularly updated with phone calls, emails and meetings on request. I would strongly recommend Leonie for the sale of your next property.

We have sold two properties with Peter in the past 12 months. We chose Peter, due to his experience and knowledge of the property market in the Belconnen and Inner North, Canberra region. Peter, is a straight shooter and a dedicated agent, we would recommend him to anyone selling their house in Belconnen.
