Obviously a very busy agent. Multiple significant errors which required following up. Poor sales positioning advice meant we only found out about the first home buyers gravity at auction. Easily lost $$$. You fill in multple forms and inform them of a view and then they put the marketing sign in the way of the view and only remove it a couple of days before auction. At settlement they still have not resolved that concern. Very poor.

As we were selling our house after 45 years in residence, we found Peter very patient in explaining the procedure for preparing for auction, and on the sale day. He definitely had great awareness of the current market and did not inflate the likely selling price for our property. Peter was always punctual and courteous in our meetings.
