We recently bought an investment property through Jake and Lisa. They both were very welcoming and answered our many questions at the open homes we attended and even arranged an open home at a suitable time for us. As this was our first investment property, both Lisa and Jake made us feel at ease. Although It was a nice touch to receive a phonecall and congratulations once exchanged we would love to have had more communication when we were trying to negotiate the cleaning of the property/make good of items prior to exchange.

Andrew was great to deal with every step of the way. Before our first open house he provided us with guidance on how best to present the property, recommended people to provide services such as painting and organised a couple of clients to have a sneak peak at the property to provide us with feedback. He was always on time for opens and gave us a full report after inspection. He communicated with us regularly throughout the process. Andrew is very personable and related well to us as well as potential buyers. I always felt that Andrew had our back and we could trust him.
